Job Description

As a Business Analyst-Client Onboarding at Vistra, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing Client Onboarding Implementation Improvement projects. Reporting to the Program Manager - Operational Excellence in Mumbai, India, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Operational Excellence team's growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure adherence to Vistra's change framework, governance, and project management standards from concept through to post-delivery. - Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance/Legal, and Operations to build new ways of working, including supporting applications. - Lead process workshops with stakeholders from various functions to capture, refine, and finalize processes, identify bottlenecks, and ensure outcomes are streamlined. - Drive fact-based analysis to identify insights on business priority areas, wasted efforts, and opportunities for process efficiency. - Analyze, validate, and document business requirements ensuring they meet relevant quality standards and map to the business need being addressed. - Identify and facilitate quick win initiatives for early adoption. - Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations. - Provide QA and user acceptance testing documentation and support. - Communicate key insights to stakeholders. - Support the implementation and post-implementation of business solutions. **Attributes/Technical Skills:** - 5+ years of work experience in a Business Analyst capacity. - Strong experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and business process reengineering. - Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and accuracy. - Self-driven, solution-oriented, and able to work independently. - Strong communication skills and stakeholder management. - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment. - Excellent presentation and communication skills in English. - Proficient in MS Office applications. **Education and Professional Qualification:** - Essential: 5+ years of work experience in a Business Analyst capacity. - Desirable: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
