Finance & Accounts, Banking Operations, Admin Functions. SalaryBest in the industry EducationCADescription:Supervised all Finance, Accounting, Banking Facility Operations, and General Administration. Supervision of Accounting:- Overall Supervision of books of Accounts and ensuring all record keeping and reports are up to date and accurate for Management, Tax, and local regulators and China Customs. Financial Management:- AR follow-up Coordinate with local Sales Team for ensuring timely recovery of Sales Proceeds. Banking Facility Management- Close liaison with Bank Officers and guide the local staff for daily fund/cash flow management. (Facility Type- Working capital Invoice finance). Currency Hedging- Book forwards/options to hedge local currency receivables (RMB) to avoid exchange losses and keep an eye on currency market movement. General Administration, HR & Visa:- General Admin- Procurement of Office Supplies, Compliance & adherence of Office rules, regulation, and discipline. Visa- Make sure all new Business and Employment Visas are approved for ex-pats and successful renewals of existing visas. HR- Coordinate with Local Chinese and Indian HR teams for the new recruitments in all departments. Property Management:-Supervise the local staff responsible for managing property rentals, repair, and maintenance of 11 properties in Shanghai. Others:- Budgeting- Preparation of budgets and annual business plan and ensure its compliance. Management Reporting- Regular review of MIS and other reports and closely monitor all KPIs and discuss with Sales Team and senior management and formulate an action plan for all necessary issues. Legal Compliance- Closely work with Lawyers and Auditors for all the legal compliance. Commercial Operations - focuses on optimizing a companys ability to sell goods.
