Location: Pune (candidate should be open to visiting the client office as and when required) Experience 6-10 years’ experience Mandatory skills Understanding of insurance, preferable understanding of Employee Benefits insurance Creating BRDs, FRDs, and Use Cases/User Stories Process Mapping (As-Is / To-Be) Conducting stakeholder workshops Defining and validating Acceptance Criteria Agile/Scrum Ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, etc.) Role Overview Systems Analyst The Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in Clients strategic technology initiatives driving the design and delivery of complex application solutions They will lead requirements elicitation creating system designs and refining with the development team in an Agile context The SA will work within an Agile team consisting of a Squad Lead Developers and Quality Assurance Engineers creating features and user stories to a technical level enabling the team to refine and deliver those stories Key Responsibilities Identify potential solutions and prepare proposals for modifying or creating in house developed systems and integrating third party systems Convert proposed solutions into functional designs including technical details on UI process validation transmission and storage Work closely together with technical staff such as Architects and developers to ensure the technical viability and reusability of solutions Ensure awareness of clients security and process standards incorporating them into product delivery throughout the software development lifecycle Lead refinement sessions with agile teams and business stakeholders to size user stories and verify dependencies Identify and manage changes risks and issues during design development and QA Ensure teams backlog contains a healthy volume of dev ready user stories Demonstrate the teams developments Documentation of system changes eg designs and release content Work with the Product Owner and agile teams to prioritize and align epics features and user stories with the product roadmap Work with Product Owner and Squad Lead to report progress ensuring dashboards and roadmaps are up to date Manage cross team dependencies with other System Analysts Product Owners and Squad Leads SkillsBehaviors Proficiency in requirements gathering translating customer needs and business drivers into Epics Features and User Stories Strong communication skills adaptable to both technical and business contexts Motivated individual comfortable in remote team settings with a proactive learning attitude Ability to selfresolve workrelated challenges with minimal direction UIUX Design using wireframes Technical Process designs utilizing modelling techniques Knowledge Deep understanding of agile principles with prior experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in Agile environments Experience working in environments with multiple integrated applications across multiple teams Experience with UI design tools such as Figma Balsamiq or Drawio Understanding of data storage display validation and transmission Familiarity with agile workflow tools such as DevOps or JIRA
