Job Description

Hiring for - Business Analyst Location - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune Exp - 5yrs to 8yrs Qualification - MBA Must, CA can also be considered Required skills - Should have experience in Fund Accounting from Alternative Investments or Private Equity or Hedge Funds or real estate accounting or similar Background. - Should have experience in tools like Confluence or Fundsuite Arc or Performa or Any other similar Automation tool. - Experience in Power BI or SSRS is preferred. - Strong interest in a career that combines technology, finance/accounting, and consulting - Detail oriented, possess strong listening, verbal/written communication skills, and able to collaborate well with others - A minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a consulting/technology implementation/finance professional who comes with an experience in automating calculations and building various automated models. - Strong comfort with Microsoft Excel (proficiency with Lookups and Pivot Tables to name a few) - Background in the financial services domain - Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships - Familiarity with SSRS/Power BI/similar tools. Preferred skills - Experience helping businesses improve processes using technology - Experience and strong comfort with database systems (such as SQL/Oracle) and financial/accounting systems - Understanding of alternative investment industry/hedge funds and Private equity background/Domain - Experience with fund fee calculations and legal documents (such as LPAs), along with an understanding of common fund structures
