The role involves gathering business requirements, improving processes, and supporting ERP/CMMS/EAM system implementations to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business/technical requirements across operations, maintenance, and production. Document BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flows. Support ERP/EAM/CMMS design and implementation (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo). Coordinate UAT and validate system functionalities. Collaborate on KPIs, reporting, and dashboard creation. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and tech teams. Required Skills Strong in business analysis, process mapping, and documentation. Domain knowledge: manufacturing workflows, maintenance planning, inventory, downtime tracking. Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI/Tableau, basic SQL.
