As a Business Analyst at Cerebrate Business Consulting, your primary focus will be on project and practice management. You will be responsible for identifying resources required for specific assignments, managing day-to-day operational aspects in accordance with project guidelines, ensuring completeness and appropriateness of project documents, and adhering to timelines and deliverables. Your role will also involve on-site and off-site execution of activities relevant to project deliverables. Communication is a key aspect of this role, where you will be facilitating team and project leader meetings, holding regular status meetings, effectively conveying project information, delivering engaging presentations, and escalating issues when necessary. You should possess the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Teamwork is essential in this position, requiring you to maximize your potential, self-motivate, encourage peers to collaborate efficiently, keep track of lessons learned, and share those lessons with team members. Qualifications: - BE or MBA from reputable institutes - Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and applied statistics is desirable In this role, you will report to the Project Manager or Project Director.
