Associate Consultant/Consultant

As a Business Analyst at Cerebrate Business Consulting, you will be responsible for project and practice management, ensuring successful implementation of assignments and achieving bottom-line improvements. Your role will involve identifying necessary resources, managing day-to-day operational aspects, maintaining project documents, and adhering to guidelines for timelines and deliverables. You will be involved in on-site and off-site execution of project activities to meet deliverables. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will be facilitating team and project leader meetings, providing regular status updates, and delivering engaging presentations. You will also be responsible for escalating issues in a timely manner and tactfully communicating difficult/sensitive information. Collaboration and teamwork are essential components of this position. You will be expected to utilize your full potential, motivate your peers, and share lessons learned with team members. Additionally, you will work closely with the Project Manager or Project Director to ensure project success. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in Business or related field from a reputable institution, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Exposure to Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and applied statistics is desirable.
