Job Description

Provide business analysis expertise for projects and develop business processes.
Prepare FSDs and BRDs, and assist the sales team in preparing proposals.
Investigate, evaluate, and identify key success factors to meet prospects' needs.
Serve as a liaison between business user groups and the project team.
Collaborate with clients and other system groups to capture business requirements.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs from a business perspective.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, focusing on software development life cycle (SDLC).
Proven experience as a business systems analyst in a large company working on complex and mission-critical systems.
Experience developing business processes and recommending solutions.
Strong skills in business requirements gathering and documentation writing.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Rational Suite, including UML Use Case Diagrams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to lead JAD sessions and conduct demos and workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
