Business Analysis

As a member of the Business Operations Solutions team at AditiIndia, your role will involve providing first-tier technical and process support directly for inquiries related to Business Operations platforms. You will be responsible for assisting with workflow, customer profiles, and record adjustments. Additionally, you will lead onboarding and training sessions for business users to drive increased adoption of functionality and productivity tools. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the investigation and resolution of issues, concerns, and requests, conducting periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits, and assisting in the daily management and maintenance of operational systems used across Advisors. Moreover, you will support platform maintenance and enhancements as per the operations roadmap for integration and improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-tier technical and process support for Business Operations platforms - Lead onboarding and training sessions for business users - Support investigation and resolution of issues, concerns, and requests - Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits - Assist in the daily management and maintenance of operational systems - Support platform maintenance and enhancements as per the operations roadmap Qualifications Required: - Experience with Salesforce applications, Services & Support, and CRM systems & Analytics - Firsthand/direct user or support experience in operations and CRM systems in a large MNC In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is essential to have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.,
