Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, ensuring that clients can adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile methodologies. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - Strong understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in change management and organizational development. - Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
