Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage with clients to provide advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, ensuring that clients can adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that promote continuous learning and performance enhancement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile methodologies. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Ability to coach and mentor team members in agile practices. - Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
