Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team at Siemens in a role focused on pre-tendering activities, submission of offers, and receivable management. As part of our mission to create a more connected and caring world through smart infrastructure, we are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Your main responsibilities will include: - Pre-Tendering Activities: Reviewing and evaluating customer terms, obtaining internal approvals, ensuring compliance with process-related requirements, and supporting tender/offering stages. - Order Acquisition: Participating in commercial discussions, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring order booking in line with guidelines. - Order Execution: Issuing Proforma Invoices, managing advance collections, reviewing revenue plans, and coordinating between business units and customers. - Risk Management: Identifying risks such as LD and Bad Debts, reviewing provisions, and ensuring adequate risk mitigation strategies are in place. - MIS: Monthly reporting of order intake, revenue, debtors, and other key metrics for the region, as well as addressing audit queries and ensuring clean and executable orders. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Management with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. - A positive attitude and the ability to persevere in challenging situations. - Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn new concepts. - Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
