JOB SUMMARY :-We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Product Demo & Implementation Executive. This role bridges the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs by delivering impactful product demonstrations, ensuring smooth implementation, and providing excellent pre- and post-sales support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing product features, benefits, and business value.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor product demos accordingly. Assist clients during the product implementation phase to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Provide training sessions and support to end-users and client teams post-implementation. Act as a liaison between the client and technical teams for feedback and improvement. Develop product documentation, presentations, and sales enablement materials. Track customer feedback and implementation success metrics. Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Support marketing efforts by participating in exhibitions, webinars, and customer outreach initiatives.

JOB CRITERIA:-

1.Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) Marketing, Sales, or related field.
2.13 years of experience in product demo, pre-sales, or implementation (freshers with strong communication and aptitude will also be considered). 3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. 5.Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical audiences. 6.Knowledge of CRM systems or ERP platforms is a plus. 7.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

CTC:- 2.50 LPA
