Building supervisor cum electrician

As a Building Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility. Your responsibilities will include supervising on-site staff, managing guest coordination, handling queries through reception, and maintaining essential administrative and operational records, including AMC contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Electrical Duties: - Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control devices. - Maintain and troubleshoot lighting systems, especially display and showroom lighting. - Ensure backup power systems (generators, UPS) are functional. - Maintain electrical panels, switchboards, and distribution systems. - Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and tools. - Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations. - Plumbing Duties: - Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings. - Maintain plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and filtration systems. - Handle pipe fitting, valve replacement, and leak detection. - Coordinate with municipal authorities when required for external connections or repairs. - Ensure water supply and drainage systems are functioning without disruption. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in building maintenance and supervisory roles. - Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and codes.
