Role & responsibilities: Promote and sell company products Valves, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Fittings, Hose Assemblies, and Fabrication Products. Generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into customers in assigned territories. Visit industrial clients regularly to understand requirements and provide product solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent business growth. Coordinate with the design and production team for customized fabrication requirements. Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders effectively Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Submit regular sales reports and client feedback to management. Key Skills & Requirements: 1 - 6 years of experience in industrial product sales/field sales (valves, fittings, or fabrication preferred) or related manufacturing industry. Technical knowledge of valves, fittings, hoses, and fabrication assemblies will be advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel across PMC, PCMC & Chakan regions. Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

You will also be required to perform inspections, read blueprints, and ensure that all systems comply with safety standards and regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Pipe and Pipefitting, be proficient in Welding and TIG Welding, and possess knowledge of Steam systems and components.
