Building supervisor cum electrician

As a Building Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. You will be managing on-site staff such as watchmen and pantry staff, coordinating with guests, handling queries through reception, and maintaining essential administrative and operational records, including AMC contracts. In terms of Electrical Duties, you will be required to install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control devices. It will also be your responsibility to troubleshoot lighting systems, especially display and showroom lighting, and ensure that backup power systems such as generators and UPS are functional. Additionally, you will need to maintain electrical panels, switchboards, and distribution systems, conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and tools, and ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations. Regarding Plumbing Duties, you will need to install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings. Maintaining plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and filtration systems will also be part of your responsibilities. You will handle pipe fitting, valve replacement, leak detection, and coordinate with municipal authorities when required for external connections or repairs. It is crucial to ensure that water supply and drainage systems are functioning without any disruption. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location will require your presence in person.
