Building Management System (BMS) Project Manager - Data Center

As a Building Management System (BMS) Project Manager at our data center in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing BMS and power management projects. Your responsibilities will include developing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and level of efforts (LOE) as per customer and stakeholder requests. You will oversee the scope, schedule, finances, and execution of BMS improvement projects within our data centers. Additionally, you will assist in procurement activities, support controls projects commissioning, conduct engineering analysis, and ensure designs meet necessary requirements. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or possess equivalent practical experience. A strong understanding of industry-standard electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers, as well as controls/monitoring systems, is essential. With over 10 years of experience in designing, configuring, programming, installing, troubleshooting, or servicing HVAC Controls and Electrical SCADA systems, you should be adept at developing and modifying controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholder deliverables, requirements, and navigate challenging situations will be critical. Experience in project coordination with multiple teams or vendors to meet data center project requirements is highly desirable. Proficiency in TCP/IP, MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS communication protocols, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, is expected. In terms of competencies and behavioral skills, strategic thinking, goal setting, vision execution, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering quality work are essential. Strong multitasking capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also key. Confidence in presenting and engaging with clients and vendors, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a focus on delivering results will further enhance your success in this role.,
