We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tax Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in tax operations or a related discipline, with a strong background in finance and accounting. ### Roles and Responsibility Prepare indirect tax forms such as VAT and GST. Post journal entries and demonstrate knowledge of accounting concepts. Prepare W8 and W9 forms for tax form validations. Prepare 1099 and 1042S reporting for US. Deliver high-quality products within stipulated timelines. Manage projects and multitask on various projects. Comply with the firm's compliance procedures. Demonstrate fair knowledge of withholding tax and operational tax. Be willing to work on various countries' tax practices. Guide and assist new staff. Work with tax seniors to meet project deliverable timelines and contribute actively to creating a high-performing team. Demonstrate professionalism and poise in demeanor, attitude, communication, behavior, and interaction with others. Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions. ### Job Requirements Demonstrated ability to find information from EY and client resources efficiently. Effective written and oral communication skills. Preparation and review skills of Classification, Registration, Due Diligence, and Annual Reporting. Document all tasks, timelines, resources, and requirements to clarify scope and scale of projects. Assist seniors in managing clients and projects. Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently. Good analytical, verbal, and numerical skills. Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A B.Com/MBA/Other Finance Master’s degree is required.
