Job Description

Job Title: Bluetooth (BT/BLE) Developer

Experience:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Bluetooth (BT/BLE) Developer to design, develop, test, and debug Bluetooth Classic and BLE features for In-Vehicle Infotainment systems. The role involves working on Android or Linux platforms, developing BT stacks, frameworks, and applications, and ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and integrate BT/BLE software components for IVI systems.
Work on Bluetooth profiles such as
A2DP, HFP, AVRCP, PBAP, MAP, SPP, GAP
, and
BLE GATT
.
Debug issues across BT stack layers protocol, middleware, and framework.
Analyze and fix defects from static analysis and runtime issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and chipset vendors to resolve dependencies.
Capture and analyze
BT/BLE sniffer logs and HCI logs
for debugging.
Perform
root cause analysis
and provide software fixes during development and maintenance.
Support
board bring-up and hardware validation
for Bluetooth features.
Develop scripts/tools to automate testing and execute
PTS test cases
for BT SIG certification.
Create technical documentation – design, test plans, and reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in
Electronics / Computer Science / related field
.
Strong knowledge of
Bluetooth Classic and BLE architecture
.
Proficiency in
C, C++, Java
programming.
Experience with
Android AOSP or Linux build environments
.
Hands-on experience with
BT chipset SDKs
(Nordic, TI, STMicro, Silabs, Qualcomm).
