Job Title : Mill Pulpit Operator / Staff Trainee
Ensure proper parameter settings according to size requirements.
Set machine parameters as per SOP and required grades.
Maintain identification and traceability of materials during processing stages.
Update setting data during section or pass changes.
Monitor operations via HMI and camera to avoid deviations.
Handle SAP-related notifications, including job tracking and delay booking during shifts.
Maintain and update the Rolling Record Register.
Operate machines in accordance with the sections specified in the production plan.
Suggest corrective actions or improvements to the shift in-charge to enhance productivity.
Participate in production meetings as required.
Announce grade changes as per production progress.
Candidate would be B.Sc. (PCM) Fresher or relevant work experience in Pulpit Operations at a Hot Rolling Mill.
Preference will be given to candidates from steel industries manufacturing products such as Angles, Channels, Flats, and Bars
