Key Responsibilities Sale of Secured Properties under SARFESAI Act 2002 Vendor and Broker Empanelment for the purpose of disposal. Complete responsibility relating to legal compliances and documentary requirements with regard to the sale of the property. Registration of Sale certificates and Handing over of assets and Title deeds to the purchaser. Liaisons & negotiations with outside agencies including statutory authorities, carrying out legal due-diligence. Role Summary: We are hiring for dynamic and driven professionals to lead our Life Insurance business in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Ludhiana. As an Area Head , you will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through effective team management, partner engagement, and customer relationship strategies. Prior experience in the Life Agency channel is a must. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Relationship Managers and drive business targets in assigned territory. Manage and grow the life insurance business through the Agency or Broker channel . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Develop strategic initiatives to drive insurance sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Drive productivity and compliance across the team while achieving sales KPIs. Conduct regular training and performance reviews to build a high-performing team. Key Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain, preferably through Broker or Agency channel. Proven team handling experience with excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong market knowledge in life insurance products, processes, and compliance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
