Job Title: Unit Sales Manager Land & Plots

Job Summary:

The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales unit, driving channel sales, and ensuring consistent target achievement across assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives
Develop and strengthen broker/channel partnerships
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and deal closures
Monitor team performance and productivity
Implement sales strategies at the unit level

Experience & Skills:

6-8 years of experience in land/plot sales
Proven experience managing small to mid-sized teams
Strong local market and broker knowledge
Leadership and execution capability
