Broadcast IT Engineer

IT systems, networking, broadcast automation, and satellite communication technologies

Key Responsibilities

• IT infrastructure

• hardware, software, and networking equipment

• signal distribution, encoding/decoding, automation, and playout systems

• Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.

• technical support

• satellite uplink and downlink operations

• VSAT systems

• broadcast automation systems

• documentation, diagrams, and troubleshooting guides

• broadcast IT security standards

• emerging broadcast & IT technologies

Required Skills & Competencies

• broadcast technologies

• hardware, software, networking equipment

• satellite communication (uplink/downlink, VSAT)

• broadcast automation & playout systems

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Server administration and storage system knowledge.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
