Broadband Champ (Sales Executive)

Role Overview: As a Broadband Champion or Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be promoting and selling broadband services to new residential and commercial customers. This field-based sales role will involve identifying leads, pitching solutions, and closing sales to meet set targets. Your key duties will include door-to-door visits, local marketing efforts, building and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and achieving sales goals within your designated territory. It is important to note that this role will require you to have a valid driving license and often access to a two-wheeler for field travel. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential leads and opportunities for selling broadband services - Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell broadband services - Implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract customers - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information about broadband services - Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory Qualifications Required: - Valid driving license - Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel within the designated territory - Familiarity with broadband services and technology is a plus Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person.
