Broach & Grinding Section Supervisor We are hiring a skilled Supervisor to lead our Broaching and Grinding section. The candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure precision machining, manage team performance, and maintain quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise broaching and grinding machine operations Ensure components meet dimensional and surface finish requirements Allocate manpower and manage shift schedules Coordinate tool changes, machine maintenance, and quality checks Requirements: 3+ years of experience in broaching and grinding operations Strong knowledge of tolerances, surface finish, and inspection tools Ability to read technical drawings and manage small teams Hands-on approach with a focus on productivity and quality Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
