Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Briyani Cook at Briyani Hub, located in Shyamding, Phulbari, Meghalaya. The Briyani Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic briyani dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing food inventory, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Qualifications Experience in cooking Briyani dishes Knowledge of Indian spices and ingredients Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Food safety and hygiene certification Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Show more Show less
