As a Project Engineering professional at our company, your role involves designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans for engineering-based projects. This includes tasks such as preparing designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of new infrastructure and equipment. You will be responsible for monitoring progress against the project plan, identifying resources needed for project completion, and resolving operational issues to minimize delays. Additionally, you may be involved in developing engineering standards, designs, work specifications, project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Your responsibilities will include preparing General Arrangement, Bill of Materials, and Schematic drawings as per project schedule, coordinating with customers for technical discussions and timely document submission for manufacturing and supply chain management. You will also liaise with Project Management and customers during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). It is essential to follow and maintain the Quality Management System related to Design and Engineering, design and engineer Control and Protection panels up to 765kV level, and be well-versed in Transfer schemes and relay protection systems. Moreover, your role involves designing Substation Automation Systems, preparing manufacturing documents, coordinating with various stakeholders for project delivery, and ensuring compliance with safety and integrity standards. Your background should include a B.E. / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential, and fluency in Hindi and English is preferred. You should be proficient in e3, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and demonstrate a commitment to upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and fostering a culture of care within the organization. Additionally, willingness to travel across India for project-related activities is a requirement for this role.,
