Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Brand Support Executive to join our team. The role requires a sharp eye for design elements, video frames, and creative layouts while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the creative, client servicing, and strategy teams to support smooth execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, acting as their main point of contact. Communicating clearly with them via phone calls, emails, or in-person.
  • Daily Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track client progress daily, and prepare detailed reports for both internal stakeholders and clients. Also Deliverables list daily.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client queries, complaints, and challenges promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, technical, media) to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service.
  • Review and proof creatives, videos, and campaign assets to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with creative and design teams to provide feedback on layouts, video frames, typography, and overall aesthetics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and trends to share insights for creative improvement.
  • Maintain organized records of brand guidelines, campaign assets, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to ensure smooth publishing of approved content across platforms.
  • Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in advertising/digital marketing agencies (freshers with strong creative sense can apply).
  • Advertising Agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Good listening skills, remains composed in time-constrained situations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
