Promoting the running Spokes: 1. Facelifting of each location for a better appeal of the centre. 2. Improving the footfall of the location through awareness workshops. 3. Ensuring that the spokes follow all pre and post-consultation guidelines for the best and most suited service to the patient. 4. Promoting e-clinics through local activities like health talks and community outreach. 5. Promoting the concept to local community heads, influential people cultural associations, merchant associations, educational institutions, industrial houses etc. Onboarding the new Spokes: 1. Using the team to study each prospective town, as per the selection parameters; guide the executive for initial ideation to the prospective spokes, conduct the strategic recce of the shortlisted spokes, and map them with local demographics. 2. Giving a detailed presentation to the prospects on all clinical and commercial parameters, demonstrating the complete software and closing the deal with high-potential prospects. 3. Getting the MOU signed and collecting all the documents from newly onboarded spokes. 4. Coordinating with the back-office team for installation and training. 5. Handholding the onboarded spokes for a 60-day support activity. Hub coordination and IP generation: 1. Periodical meetings with specialists to ensure continued support from them. 2. Conducting the speciality paid camps and mobilising the patients. 3. Following up with the IP prospects through the team. 4. Coordinating with the spokes to avoid IP leakage. 5. Ensuring that the executives achieve their monthly targets. Role & responsibilities
