What You’ll Do:

• Be the voice & architect of Blubein’s brand identity.
• Write killer ad copies, UGC video scripts & influencer briefs that stop thumbs mid-scroll.
• Craft storytelling playbooks for campaigns & product launches.
• Decode consumer insights and turn them into growth strategies.
• Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver scroll-stopping campaigns.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of trends, culture & competition.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-6 years of brand strategy / marketing communications (D2C, FMCG, Wellness = brownie points).
• A natural storyteller + copywriter.
• Hands-on experience with UGC campaigns, influencer marketing & digital-first content.
• A balance of strategic thinker + execution machine.
• Hunger to build a brand people love.
