Role Overview: As a Brand Solutions Executive (Client Servicing) at Savvytree, your role is to act as a bridge between clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing social media strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients. - Understand client requirements and ensure the delivery of creative and strategic solutions by internal teams. - Present ideas and campaign strategies to clients, obtain approvals, and finalize execution approaches. - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing high-quality service consistently. - Create project timelines, budgets, and status reports, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. - Communicate client feedback to internal teams and oversee necessary revisions. - Track competitor brands to identify market trends that can shape brand strategies. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow existing accounts. - Develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals. - Design, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns to support broader marketing objectives. - Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations. - Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies competitive. - Manage client communication and coordination for services beyond social media, including shoots, design, branding, and production. - Coordinate requirements for brand shoots between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. - Track deliverables, maintain timelines, and manage expectations for shoots and production. - Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives and brand narratives. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms using analytics tools. - Conduct competitive analysis and performance audits to inform future strategies. - Prepare campaign evaluation reports and provide actionable insights to clients. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing in a creative, digital, or branding agency. - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical capabilities. - Deep understanding of digital media platforms and marketing trends. - Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering results. - Strong leadership, relationship-building, and project management skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and handle shoots and production timelines confidently and independently.,
