Role Overview: As a Social Media & Reputation Specialist, your main responsibility will be managing the brand's voice and service on various social media platforms. You will interact with customers, handle inquiries, complaints, and mentions on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to ensure timely and positive resolutions. This role is well-suited for individuals with experience in high-volume customer response, particularly from BPOs or major tech companies. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints across Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring responses are prompt and align with the brand's voice. - Monitor social sentiment, identify trends, and address critical brand issues in a timely manner. - Utilize tools like Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, and Google Slides to analyze response metrics and create reputation reports. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in social media response or community management. - Background in a high-volume service environment such as a BPO or companies like ByteDance, Accenture. - Strong written communication skills and proficiency in basic data tools like Excel/Sheets and Slides.
