Brand Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Brand Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to learn, grow, and represent our brand across multiple channels. You won’t just make calls – you will interact with users, engage with sponsors, and help manage our social platforms, gaining hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and attend phone calls to interact with users, clients, and sponsors.
• Explain our offerings clearly and confidently to potential clients and partners.
• Engage with users and supporters on social media and other digital platforms.
• Build strong communication with callers and online audiences, providing support and updates.
• Maintain records of interactions and share regular updates with the team.
• Represent the brand in a friendly, professional, and confident manner in all interactions.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
• Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to speak clearly and confidently on calls and online platforms
• Basic understanding of smartphones, computers, and social media tools
• Eagerness to take feedback and grow in a professional environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
• No prior experience needed – freshers are welcome
• Training will be provided to help you succeed and grow
