Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Representative located in Mumbai. The Brand Representative will be responsible for promoting and representing the brand at retail locations, ensuring brand awareness, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining brand ambassadorship. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and facilitating a positive shopping experience for consumers.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication
• Experience in Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Positive attitude and proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in the beauty or luxury goods industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial
