Brand operations Intern

As a Brand Operations Intern at The Volume Company, your role will involve supporting the development and execution of brand strategies. This full-time on-site position in Pune will require you to handle various tasks such as packing and dispatching orders, coordinating with courier partners, answering customer queries, updating sales, expenses, and inventory sheets, following up with factories and vendors, and assisting in preparing for pop-up events. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and execution of brand strategies - Pack and dispatch orders - Coordinate with courier partners - Answer customer queries - Update sales, expenses, and inventory sheets - Follow up with factories and vendors - Assist in preparing for pop-up events Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in Hindi & Marathi is a bonus - Basic knowledge of Excel - Organized and proactive approach to work If you are looking for a part-time opportunity, this role offers flexibility with 4/5 hours a day, between 10 am to 5 pm.
