As a Brand Onboarding Intern at LaFetch, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of fashion discovery and shopping. Your responsibilities will include: - Talking to cool fashion founders, engaging in meaningful conversations, pitching LaFetch, and expanding your network within the industry. - Attending top fashion events, launches, and photo shoots, combining work with exclusive backstage access. - Identifying and reaching out to fresh, stylish brands, facilitating their smooth onboarding process on LaFetch. - Shadowing Category Managers, gaining insights into category management, and acquiring hands-on experience in a startup environment. - Participating in brand campaigns and collaborations that have a tangible impact on the market. We are looking for someone who is: - Extroverted, curious, and deeply passionate about fashion. - Comfortable with initiating conversations, whether over the phone, in person, or at events. - A quick learner who can manage multiple tasks while keeping the experience enjoyable. - A student or recent graduate eager to kickstart their career in fashion and e-commerce. The details of the position are as follows: - Location: Gurgaon office (onsite, 5 days a week). - Duration: 23 months, with the potential for a full-time conversion based on performance.
