Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Define and execute brand positioning, identity, and messaging in line with Ridhira vision and values. Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and on-ground initiatives. Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitor analysis, market trends, and consumer behavior studies to inform brand strategies. Content Oversight: Collaborate with content creators and design teams to develop compelling brand narratives, marketing materials, and visual assets. Partnerships & Events: Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and coordinate promotional events that enhance brand visibility. Digital Presence: Oversee the brands digital footprint including website, social media channels, SEO/SEM efforts, and online reputation. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign effectiveness, brand health metrics, and ROI using relevant KPIs and analytics tools. Internal Branding: Work with HR and leadership to drive internal communication and ensure consistent brand representation across employee engagement efforts. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 8+years of experience in brand management or marketing roles; experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is a plus. Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and customer experience. Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for building premium, purpose-driven brands. Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
