We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand storytelling initiatives across digital platforms. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative on Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels, driving growth through innovative influencer and performance-led campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Management: - Develop and implement content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms - Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels - Stay abreast of trends, platform updates, and audience insights to maintain competitiveness - Manage content calendars and posting schedules effectively Content Creation & Visual Aesthetics: - Conceptualize and produce visually appealing photo and video content - Collaborate with internal or external creative teams for content creation - Maintain a high-quality, cohesive brand aesthetic across all visual formats - Oversee editing, design, and final output to ensure brand alignment Influencer & PR Marketing: - Identify and engage relevant influencers and creators to enhance brand reach and credibility - Cultivate enduring influencer relationships for long-term partnerships - Plan and execute influencer campaigns with well-defined KPIs and deliverables - Support earned media and digital PR outreach activities Agency & Vendor Management: - Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure deliverables align with brand vision - Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality control measures - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners Growth Marketing & Analytics: - Align brand campaigns with growth objectives in coordination with growth and performance teams - Assist performance marketing with compelling creatives and content - Track key brand metrics such as engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversion impact - Optimize creative strategies continuously based on data insights Creative Campaigns & Strategic Planning: - Lead the conceptualization and execution of 360 brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives - Introduce innovative thinking while upholding brand consistency - Develop tailored content strategies aligned with target personas and campaign goals Webinar & Community Engagement (Good to Have): - Organize and execute webinars, virtual events, and community-building content - Collaborate with experts, collaborators, and hosts to elevate thought leadership Requirements: - Proficiency in Instagram, YouTube, and visual-first platforms - Strong content instincts and a keen eye for aesthetics - Hands-on experience in influencer marketing & digital PR - Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Growth mindset and data-driven approach - Bonus: Experience with brand-led webinars or live events,
