Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Marketing professional to join our team in Gurugram. This role is focused on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce within the fashion industry, specifically targeting female consumers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of brand marketing strategies and a passion for fashion, combined with a proven track record in e-commerce. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee content strategy across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our D2C e-commerce initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong understanding of D2C marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 12,00,000. The work schedule is day-based, and the role requires on-site presence in Gurugram. We are looking to fill one position, and we encourage candidates who meet the qualifications to apply.
