Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Storytelling

  • Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication platforms.
  • Use customer research and insights to develop brand narratives and strategic actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors to deliver creative assets aligned with brand guidelines.

2. Agency & Budget Management

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with agency partners including creative, social media, UGC creators, influencers, and production teams.
  • Prepare clear briefs, maintain timelines, and review deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee and optimise monthly brand budgets across content, media, production, and partnerships.
  • Handle documentation and closure of agency contracts.

3. Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars tailored to platform-specific best practices.
  • Manage posting schedules and optimise for reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Stay updated with trends, formats, memes, and algorithm changes to enhance brand visibility.

4. Photography & Creative Direction

  • Lead visual concept development for campaigns, product shoots, lifestyle shoots, and UGC content.
  • Execute or supervise shoots with strong attention to composition, lighting, colour, and brand aesthetics.
  • Create and manage mood boards, shot lists, styling elements, and asset libraries.
  • Work closely with creative teams, stylists, and photographers to ensure cohesive visual output.

5. Brand Films & Video Production

  • Oversee end-to-end video production including concepting, scripting, pre-production, shoot supervision, editing, and final delivery.
  • Ensure all videos reflect the brands emotional tone, storytelling, and visual guidelines.
  • Develop performance-oriented video assets optimized for paid ads and organic platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or creative content roles.
  • Educational Requirement Any postgraduate – Preferred MBA (marketing)
  • Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with content planning, photography direction, and video production.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
