Brand Identity & Packaging Designer

Role Overview: GreySpace Studios, a leading branding agency known for its innovative approach, is seeking creative and passionate designers to join their team. As a Brand Identity at GreySpace Studios, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the visual identity of clients. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead design projects, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior designers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. - Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement creative strategies. - Produce high-quality designs across various platforms like print, digital, and social media. - Develop brand identities, marketing collateral, and visual elements that reflect the client's brand. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated design solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers. - Participate in client meetings, present concepts, and incorporate feedback. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. - Manage multiple design projects adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. - Collaborate with project managers for effective project workflow. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. - Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design software. - Strong understanding of branding principles and design trends. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Leadership experience to mentor junior team members. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
