What will you do

Are you looking to kickstart your career in marketing As a Brand & GTM Intern at Urban Company, you&aposll support our performance marketing efforts, helping shape how we talk to users and acquire them on the platform. Youll work from our Gurgaon office, closely collaborating with creative and analytics teams to power high-impact acquisition campaigns. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to apply your creative and analytical skills in a real-world, high-growth environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Creative Thinking

• Think through different consumer tensions and need-states. What messaging would persuade them to try Urban Company
• Which type of influencer best represents our audience What would they say How would they say it

Performance Analytics

• Map user journeys and identify moments where messaging can shift perception or behavior.
• Read and understand what the data says. What messaging works better, why Why are audiences clicking on an ad, or not clicking
• How do performance metrics and insights influence creative decisions

What are we looking for

• Students or recent graduates in Marketing or similar fields
• Strong interest in user behaviour, brand and data-driven marketing
• A creative bent of mind paired with analytical thinking and comfortable working with large data sets
• A self-starter mindset curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Prior internship experience in growth or creative marketing is a bonus
