We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Growth Strategist to strengthen our market presence and accelerate brand growth. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and consumer insights, with a proven ability to drive engagement and revenue through innovative campaigns. This role requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and hands-on expertise in executing multi-channel brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to shape campaigns.
• Plan and optimize digital marketing initiatives across channels (SEO, SEM, social, content).
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, recommending improvements.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and new market penetration.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience in brand strategy, marketing, or growth roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
