Brand Communications and Visual Design Lead

As a Brand Communications Lead (Visual Design) at Tilfi, you will be responsible for managing and implementing brand and visual communication strategies. Your role will involve leading a team of specialists to create quality content, developing effective communication strategies aligned with the brand's goals, managing content creation and delivery across various platforms, and conceptualizing artistic collaborations. Your expertise in design, communications, and branding will be essential in achieving the brand's creative and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of in-house specialists and external creatives to create quality content for the brand - Develop and implement effective communication strategies aligned with the brand's goals - Manage content creation and delivery for the website, email communication, social media, and other touch points - Create on-brand marketing materials including lookbooks, packaging designs, ad creatives, and promotional material - Build communication strategies for customer engagement both online and offline - Develop budgets for communication campaigns and events - Conceptualize and execute artistic collaborations for the brand Additional Responsibilities (Good to have): - Coordinate and manage events and marketing activations Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design or an artistic field - 5+ years of experience in design and communications with a proven track record - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong Graphic and Visual Design skills - Experience in creating brand and/or fashion campaigns - Interest in writing and editing with the ability to manage a copywriting team - Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms If you are passionate about communication and have a successful track record in visual and brand communications, this in-office role at Tilfi could be the perfect fit for you.
