Brand Communication and Community Lead

Role Overview: As a Brand and Community Lead at Herbaria - Modern Botanicals, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies, nurturing a strong community, and effectively communicating the values of Herbaria. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing branding and digital initiatives, managing sales-driven campaigns, engaging with customers, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Be the voice of Herbaria across various channels such as social media, emailers, website tone, influencer briefs, and PR notes. - Interpret and plan every launch or idea into compelling storytelling angles. - Engage actively with customers, followers, and fans by replying to DMs, comments, and feedback in the brand tone. - Create and initiate effective SOPs for content grid, captions, and post tone on a daily basis. - Conceptualize social campaigns that drive engagement and retention, and brief influencers effectively to align with the brand's emotion. - Keep the brand's energy high by staying updated on trending content, sharing witty stories, providing behind-the-scenes glimpses, and capturing cultural moments to reflect Herbaria's personality. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in brand management, community building, and digital marketing is preferred. - Strong communication skills and the ability to craft compelling brand stories. - Experience in engaging with customers and influencers effectively. - Creative mindset with a passion for sustainability and innovation in the skincare industry.,
