Job Description

As a Brand & Comm Strategy Specialist at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in managing in-market product portfolio aligned with the global brand strategy. Your responsibilities will include supporting the execution of global brand strategies, planning and driving new product launches, developing brand innovation pipeline plans, and implementing annual brand plans by space and channel. You will work closely with In-Country activation teams and Sales teams to drive Brand Performance & key brand health metrics. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for gross margin growth, build digital capabilities, and ensure consistent brand implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage in-market product portfolio in line with the global brand architecture, proposition, and guardrails. - Support execution of global brand strategies including brand positioning, product, packaging, pricing, and channel management. - Plan for and drive execution of new product launches in defined markets leveraging inputs from global marketing teams. - Support the development of a brand innovation pipeline plan in collaboration with global brands teams and cross-functional teams. - Develop yearly brand plans by space and channel, engaging with activation teams and Sales teams to drive Brand Performance & key brand health metrics. - Implement ASP plans to support brand development objectives in conjunction with channel marketing teams and the Brand & Comms team. - Identify opportunities for incremental gross margin growth and guide digital marketing activities for various brands. - Implement and manage product brand guidelines and policy in accordance with master brand and global product brand guidelines. - Direct, lead, and coach the activation team to deliver marketing plans and ensure appropriate resource allocation. - Contribute to developing succession plans to build the capability of the team for long-term success. Qualifications: - University degree in Marketing or related discipline or equivalent industry experience Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing - Experience in managing global BTL brand activations - Experience in managing global brands - Experience working in a matrix organization - Lubricants experience desirable but not essential - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Focus on diversity and inclusiveness in team approach and overall behavior In this role at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to leverage your marketing expertise and brand management skills to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results for the company.,
