Job Description

Job Overview:

The Brand Collaborator will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with brands and agencies. The role involves identifying collaboration opportunities—both paid and non-paid—where our kids can be cast for campaigns, photoshoots, advertisements, and brand projects. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a flair for communication, and a creative approach to brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential brands for collaborations and casting opportunities.
Pitch our agency’s talent portfolio and build long-term relationships with brand representatives and marketing teams.
Bring in both paid and non-paid brand collaborations suitable for children’s casting.
Coordinate with internal teams for concept development, styling, and overall shoot planning.
Participate in conceptualization of shoots—including theme, visual direction, and brand alignment.
Collaborate with the creative and production team to ensure smooth execution of brand projects.
Maintain records of all collaborations, communication, and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends, upcoming campaigns, and brand marketing activities.
Work towards monthly and quarterly collaboration goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
