Brand Advisor – Retail

Job Summary

The Brand Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by representing the brand’s values, products, and image in-store. This role focuses on sales performance, customer engagement, product knowledge, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a premium and consistent brand experience
Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products
Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and brand story
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Support visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
