Key Responsibilities: - Welcome customers at the counter, assist with inquiries, and understand their preferences and needs to recommend suitable products. - Actively promote products, highlight features and benefits, and close sales effectively to achieve or exceed sales targets. - Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range, including specifications, pricing, and any ongoing promotions, to provide accurate information to customers. - Track daily sales, provide feedback on customer preferences and trends, and report on targets and performance to the store manager. - Ensure the counter and display area are well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with merchandise to enhance the shopping experience. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and building a loyal customer base. - Work closely with team members and other departments to create a cohesive environment focused on maximizing sales and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. - Female candidates are required for this position.
