Branch Technical Head

As a Network Services Technical Networking BB Branch Technical Head at GTPL Group, your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team as Branch Technical Head and supervising all Unit Technical Heads within the branch. - Resolving customer complaints related to BB/CATV services within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). - Ensuring new installations of BB/CATV services are completed within the agreed TAT. - Maintaining network hygiene, enhancing capacity, and upgrading the infrastructure. - Acquiring new business and handling migrations effectively. - Planning and managing material requirements for operations. - Taking full responsibility for monitoring and driving operations in the branch. - Ensuring timely submission of all technical Management Information System (MIS) reports with accurate and high-quality data analysis. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduation/Post Graduation in a relevant field. - At least 5 to 14 years of experience in a similar role.
